⭐ Very Disappointing — Stale Donuts Spent $30 here, and boy, let me tell you… if you like stale donuts that taste like they’re two days old, this is the place for you! The highlight was the two chocolate eclairs we ordered. They were pretty big, which looked promising, but unfortunately they were hard, dry, and completely stale. Even worse, the Bavarian cream only filled about an inch of one side of the eclair. The rest was just dry dough with absolutely no filling. When the staff check the donut he wasn’t surprised to see it dry and stale. (Red Flag) When we mentioned the freshness, the staff told us that the only time they have completely fresh donuts is at 5 AM….. 9am is too late in the morning and that’s why they are stale. This is wild to me. If you’re selling donuts throughout the day, customers shouldn’t have to show up at 5 in the morning just to get one that tastes fresh. For $30 worth of donuts, I expected a whole lot better. Fresh donuts shouldn’t need an excuse.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your drive-through. An employee named Ann was very rude and unprofessional during my visit. I waited in the drive-through for an extended period of time while customers who arrived after me were being served inside first. During the interaction, Ann appeared dismissive and spoke in an unfriendly tone. I knocked on the drive-through window several times to ask about the delay, but she did not acknowledge or respond to me at all. I found the experience very frustrating and disappointing, and I hope this matter can be addressed to improve customer service in the future.

I came here to buy my husband’s fave donuts. The place is clean. The guy was friendly and attentive. He was patient as I make up my mind which amazing donuts I want to get (as they have several). I will definitely come back to this branch again.

I always come to this shipleys but today - sunday evening there was this young lady working drive through and she is the sweetest thing ever ! She was very patient with my mother who didn’t know what she wanted and overall great hospitality. People like her make your day brighter ! Great job shipleys she is awesome !

Im a regular at this location, i used to go almost every day for their old fashion cinnamonroll, i loved getting extra icing especially warming it up in the microwave for a few seconds its perfect!!!! best cinnamonroll ever!! and HUGE
